When Exceptional Matters

Our steaks are Certified Angus and our cattle have NEVER EVER had hormones and antibiotics. We do not cut your steaks until you place your order. We age the primal cut of tenderloin a minimum of 14 days. All our steaks are graded USDA Prime, Choice, or Select, depending on your order. We are competitively priced with all the major internet steak companies AND we do not charge for shipping overnight via FedEx, and that includes Saturday delivery. Packaging is elegant and attractive and more than suitable for gift giving. Discounts are available for larger quantities. Having a party? Our cattle are fed an organic diet that consists primarily of grass, hay, and split peas. 95% of our cattle grade in the upper two thirds or better on the USDA marbling scale.

We are committed to the well-being of all the animals that are used in our food products including proper handling and humane slaughter. We use suppliers and growers of beef products that respect the land, uphold the highest standards, work with improved technology, and have written practices and procedures with respect to the stewardship of the animals and their proper treatment at all times.

Our processing exceeds the USDA Regulations of the Food Safety & Inspection Services (FSIS) including Humane Slaughter of Livestock Regulations.

Animal Welfare: It is important to us and the consumers that the cattle we purchase for our All Natural Angus “Never Ever” steaks are raised by family farms that manage to the standard of Beef Quality Assurance program (BQA).

The BQA program outlines essential elements for cattle care and maintains safe humane facilities for all natural cattle from birth to box. The cattle raised under the BQA program are developed with the guidance from leading animal health and well-being experts.

All of our ranchers have strict policies for traceability on all of our cattle purchased, from birth to box.

Our All Natural Angus Beef cattle are on a strict vegetarian diet and finished with only the best organic grains that produce the rich marbling and finely textured meat required by the most demanding chefs in the country.

Here are a few reasons why our plant hygiene is the most advanced available today:

  • On Site continuous USDA Supervision Computerized Temperature Monitoring Program

  • Rigorous Production Inspection and Oversight

  • Ozonated Water – ozone destroys algae, viruses, bacteria, and fungi on contact and it breaks down harmful chemicals into simpler less damaging molecules

  • Ozone kills microorganisms by rupturing their cell walls. Healthy cells are not damaged because of their self-protective mechanisms

  • In House Laboratory Facilities with 3rd party Lab Verification Program
